Fabrication

At Hytex we pride ourselves in being our customer’s single source manufacturing solution. We have a proven track record of performance when it comes to interpreting complex drawings and translating then into finished fabrications.

CNC Milling

Hytex has the capability to manufacture small and large parts of either simple or complex design. Our largest machine is capable for cutting range of 6050mm longitudinal, cross travel Y-axis 3400mm, and vertical Z-axis 1800mm. It can support 20 tonnes of work piece.

CNC Turning

Our largest machine can turn parts with an outside diameter of 900mm and overall length of 3200mm.

Conventional

Knowing the capability of a machine is important, but the company also emphasize on employee’s technical skills. We have conventional machine in place for small volume batch flow products. This help improve the cycle time and allow us to offer competitive pricing for smaller volume production.
